Acknowledgments
All orders will be acknowledged promptly with an estimated ship date. Please review the acknowledgment carefully and notify us immediately if anything differs from your original instructions.
Artwork
Camera‑ready artwork in electronic vector format is preferred. Convert all text to outlines/curves to ensure exact reproduction. If you need artwork help, we offer art and design services at no charge with a confirmed order. For printed pins, supply a high‑resolution image.
Changes or Cancellations
Changes or cancellations may incur charges based on costs incurred up to the time of your request. No changes are accepted once an order is in production; such requests will be handled as new orders.
Delivery Time
Typical delivery times range from one to four weeks after receipt of an order and artwork approval. Actual lead time may vary by quantity, production method, or design complexity.
Dies / Molds
Custom dies and molds are kept for the exclusive use of the original customer and remain the property of Kaichen Group Limited. Dies are retained for three years from the date of the last order.
Guarantee
We stand behind our workmanship. If you’re not completely satisfied for any reason, we will, at your choice, refund your order cost in full or remake the order free of charge.
Less Than Minimum
Orders below published minimums may be accepted on a case‑by‑case basis.
Overruns and Underruns
We reserve the right to ship and invoice up to 5% over or under the quantity ordered.
Packaging
Unless specified otherwise, pins are individually poly‑bagged. Alternative packaging options are available.
Payment Terms
Payment is required with order. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, eCheck, ACH, and wire transfer.
Phone & Handwritten Orders
We do not accept phone orders for custom items. We are not responsible for errors on handwritten orders.
Pin Size
Pricing for pins is based on the longest dimension.
Precious Metals
Prices for items using precious metals are subject to change without notice due to market fluctuations.
Pre‑Production Samples
Pre‑production samples are available at the item cost plus any setup and die charges. Contact us for pricing. Samples may delay final delivery by up to three weeks. Speculative samples are not available.
Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. Information you provide to place an order is used only to complete that order and will not be shared with outside parties except as necessary to fulfill the order. We will never share your credit card number with third parties. Secure transmission is used for payment information.
Returns
A written return authorization from us is required before returning any item.
Rush Orders
Rush orders (less than standard delivery time) must be confirmed and are subject to a surcharge.
