Custom Hard Enamel Lapel Pins process, originated from China over 6,000 years ago. The recessed areas of the lapel pin are hand filled with special enamel that hardens when it is kiln fired at a high temperature.

After cooling, the surface of the pin is polished to a smooth finish and then plated, producing a magnificent jewelry grade lapel pin - with a high level of detail and color. Great for recognition pins or collector's pins.
